LORE:
The Hippie Tree
… Is what the locals dubbed the long dead tree that lives in the woods behind the abandoned buildings of what used to be the Traverse City State Hospital.
Over the years, graffiti artists and visitors of all types have left their creative mark amongst the many sprawling branches.
Supernatural occurrences have been allegedly witnessed and the tree is rumored to contain a “portal to hell”.
