How to Prepare Cinnamon Tea

Ingredients

Hot water — how much tea do you need?

Cinnamon sticks — a few sticks broken up for multiple cups

Steps

Bring water to a boil.  Unravel the cinnamon sticks — ceylon cinnamon’s layers break apart. As soon as small bubbles show up, you can toss the unraveled sticks in.

Watch until the water turns a nice golden brown. I heat mine until it pours amber.

Sweeten with sugar or honey if you’d like. Creamer or milk can be added according to preference. Enjoy!
