Due to the nature of my handmade art products, should your piece be lost in the mail prior to its final destination, at minimum, a digital copy will be provided.

Hi! Did you purchase the optional tracking service or package insurance at check-out? Message me if you forgot this step.
Catsup‘s refund and returns policy lasts 44 days after the order date. If 44 days have passed since your purchase, and you have not received your physical art or a digital version, a partial up to full refund may be processed for the customer.
How do I access my digital downloads?
Digital downloads are available for one week and allow two “saves” from each Shop account.

Trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance are optional services and may be added to the customer’s total cost at their request. Want package insurance? Let me know at checkout! Orders will be shipped within a week of the order date.
Most of my packages are small, so I avoid extra fees whenever possible.
Partial and full refunds
A full refund may be received if your package has not been processed and shipped already.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed as follows: A credit will be applied to your original method of payment (from the checkout) within a certain amount of days.
Please allow time for bank institutions to process the multiple requests.
Partial refunds
A customer may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit if the product arrives in less than ideal condition, or does not arrive at all. Customer(s) may be asked to provide photographs as proof of damage and the 44-day order policy applies to all packages.
Sale items
Sale items are exempt from any partial or full refunds. Lost your item? Message me with your original order number for a digital replacement.
At the moment, Catsup does not offer exchanges for any of our offered products.
Gifting
Gifts are better received from the hands of the giver. Please don’t surprise someone with a copy of Catsup if they’re not expecting it on their doorstep. Catsup will not be liable for lost mail that was not ordered by the addressee.
To return your product, you should gift the product to another human.
